Town Square — A Family-Friendly Community

Developed by Nshama, Town Square is more than just another residential neighborhood—it's a 280-hectare master-planned community. Once complete, it will include around 3,000 townhouses and dozens of apartment buildings designed to accommodate approximately 30,000 residents.

It's one of Dubai's most popular communities for families with children—and it's easy to see why.

At the heart of the community lies a 45-hectare landscaped park with fountains, playgrounds, and an outdoor events stage. Children can cool off in the splash park or enjoy the amusement rides, while parents have plenty of family-friendly cafés and restaurants to choose from around the park.
