Central Park — a new residential complex in the heart of Dubai
One of my tasks is to photograph all the signature projects and locations in the cities where Whitewill sells real estate. Through photo stories, I try to capture the atmosphere and architectural details of these places to help our clients find a worthy place to live or invest.
In the morning, I stopped by a barbershop in the City Walk area. After my missing curls were restored, I took a walk to the under-construction Central Park project. The first residential complex and a small section of the park are already fully complete. It's turning out quite nicely.
There was a real rush for apartments in this project at the sales launch by developer Meraas. We managed to secure dozens of options for our clients.
Once all the residential complexes are complete, residents will have access to one of the largest parks in the city center, situated between the structures. The area has already developed its own unique atmosphere of a cozy low-rise urban community.
In the morning, meditate outdoors. During the day, gather with family on the terrace and grill aromatic dishes. In the evening, unwind at the spa center. When the weather is nice, swim in the outdoor pool or soak up the sun.
