Ellington — Stylish, Smart, and Low-Rise
Rather than building entire master communities or reaching for the sky with 100-meter towers, Ellington takes a more considered approach.
Its projects are typically 12–15 stories or lower, located in established communities developed by other master developers, and designed with genuine attention to buyers and an appreciation for detail.
Take Sobha Hartland, for example. Ellington acquired several plots in a community where the master developer had already built the roads, parks, and two major schools. It then added a handful of thoughtfully designed low-rise residences, including Wilton Terraces and Wilton Park.
The same strategy can be seen in JVC, where Ellington developed several residences under the Belgravia and Eaton Place brands, as well as DT1, its stylish black landmark in Downtown Dubai. On Palm Jumeirah, the developer acquired an unfinished building and quickly transformed it into Ellington Beach House. Last month, we sold several residences there in the RUB 140–190 million price range.
Ellington also managed to secure several prime plots in Dubai Hills that had been under consideration by Russian developers. While they were still weighing their options and running the numbers, Ellington had already moved ahead, developing the attractive Ellington House residences and launching sales.
