Al Habtoor City Skyscrapers
Today, we’re taking a look at a development that feels quintessentially Dubai: Al Habtoor City. It consists of three residential skyscrapers ranging from 50 to 70 stories, right on Sheikh Zayed Road.
On one side, the towers overlook a canal with emerald-green water and the Business Bay skyline. On the other, they face the sheikhs’ private stables, while views on the third side stretch toward Safa Park, with a thin strip of sea visible beyond it.
The sandstone-clad residential towers have that unmistakable Dubai aesthetic. Three five-star hotels—Habtoor Palace, V Hotel, and Hilton Dubai—act as a buffer between the residences and the busy highway.
Hotel restaurants, bars, spas, and lounges are all part of the wider development. One of the hotels is also home to La Perle, one of Dubai’s best-known shows.
At the heart of the complex, between the residential towers, is a huge swimming pool lined with colorful W-style tongue-shaped loungers. Right by the pool, there’s also a bar with a terrace, an alcohol license, and shisha—an amenity that has its fans among residents. A tennis academy operates in the small park next to the towers.
The development takes its name from its developer, Al Habtoor, while the three residential towers were named after his daughters: Mira, Noura, and Amna.
At the top of each tower sits a glass crown made up of a series of penthouses, complete with private pools and terraces.
These days, many of our clients come to Dubai looking for affordable, completed apartments in central locations. Al Habtoor City is exactly the kind of project where you can get the keys, move straight in, and start living while sorting out your residency.
The apartments are generously sized by Dubai standards. Completed one-bedroom residences measuring 78–98 sq m with canal views start from $480,000 (around RUB 30 million). Two-bedroom apartments of 118–155 sq m start from $680,000 (around RUB 62 million), while spacious three-bedroom family residences of around 190 sq m start from $1.2 million (around RUB 74 million).
The biggest advantage is that the developer even offers payment plans on completed apartments. You can pay 35% upfront, collect the keys, and pay the remaining balance in equal installments over three years.
