SLS Launches Sales for a New Project on Palm Jumeirah

The day has finally come: we can announce our first major co-exclusive project in Dubai. Whitewill has joined a select group of three leading agencies entrusted with the sales of a new premium residential development on Palm Jumeirah.

A ten-story luxury residential development managed by SLS will rise in one of the best locations on the Palm’s Crescent. There will be no hotel here—just 113 premium residences with a private beach and five-star service.

The launch includes two- and three-bedroom residences starting from 150 sq m, as well as two-story three- and four-bedroom duplexes with panoramic sea views and private pools. Prices are among the most attractive we've seen for recent launches on Palm Jumeirah.

We’re currently collecting expressions of interest from Whitewill clients and will open reservations shortly.

During the pre-launch phase, our brokers can share floor plans and indicative pricing in person at the Whitewill office.

Handover is scheduled in 32 months, with a 60/40 payment plan: 60% during construction and 40% upon completion.

The reservation deposit is $135,000 for apartments and $275,000 for two-story duplexes.
