Вчера в самолёте разбирал фотографии, отснятые в Дубае в прошлом месяце и наткнулся на свою фотосессию для башни Marina Gate от застройщика Select Group.
Проект считается одним из самых дорогих в локации Дубай Марины по стоимости метра, но при этом одним из самых желанных для жизни. Изюминка — угловой бассейн с атмосферным видом на Пальму, небоскрёбы и яхты, купающиеся в изумрудной воде.
Одна из башен отельная, вторая с отделкой и сервисом от Jumeirah и третья — классические апартаменты. Строил проект Select Group. Команда Whitewill по итогам 2022 года вошла в TOP-3 лучших брокеров по продажам к этого девелопера, что приятно.
