In 2021 - shortly before opening an office in Dubai - Oleg Torbosov arrived to familiarize himself with this vibrant metropolis. He studied the neighborhoods, local laws and developers. 

And in between he bought an apartment in the new project LIV Marina in Dubai Marina. The house is being completed, and they promise to give the keys in 2025.

 Investor's instincts

Oleg bought a 70-meter 1-bedroom apartment on the 19th floor with a cool view of the marina for $490,000. So far, he has paid 50%, with the remaining half to be paid before the project is delivered.

 And it's now going for about $680,000 on the market. And there are 2 options: either resell and earn about 40% of the invested funds, or send the apartment to upgrade and resell for more money.
