Oleg sold 7 of his apartments in November:

- $2.3 million - 2-bedroom lot, 140 m², park views, to a client from Turkey.

- $2.4 million - 2-bedroom lot with large terrace, 190 m², to a family from England.

- $2.4 million, $2.7 million and $2.8 million - 3 2-bedroom apartments to buyers from Turkey.

- $3m - 2 bedroom lot, 136m², sea views, to a client from Switzerland.

- $23 million - 2-story penthouse, 870 m², terrace with pool, sea views.

In total for the month of transactions - almost $40 million.
