Whitewill founder Oleg Torbosov is in parallel flipping - he buys up liquid apartments, makes upgrades and resells them at a markup. Most of the lots he buys on Bluewaters Island in Dubai.

He ends up selling 25 apartments for $105 million in 2024:

- 14 2-bedroom lots.

- 7 lots with 3 bedrooms.

- 1 townhouse and 1 penthouse.
