Sold $20 million worth of real estate in UAE and Oman
You keep writing and asking how Whitewill is doing in the Middle East. Answer. Closed a dozen deals today in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman totaling $20 million. That's nice.
I asked the broker who sold 3 villas in the Manchester City project to different clients late last week why they didn't back out of the purchase, but signed the contract and got in on the deal.
One Dutch client from Amsterdam, one from Singapore and a girl from Russia. And this is what the broker replied:
"The project will take four years to build. During that time, the conflict should be over. If martial law is declared before the construction is finished, the money will be returned to the owners. This point was clarified with the developer and it is spelled out in the contract, so buyers are not worried."
"Manchester City is a residential development along the canal off Yas Island in Abu Dhabi with open facades and terraces. With its sandy hues, the project blends in with its surroundings and becomes a natural extension of the coastal landscape.
