Summer is not the most active season not only in Moscow, but also in Dubai. The number of transactions, price growth and general business activity slows down. But already in September the market revives. And everything starts all over again.

In September 15 alone, our counterparts in Dubai and Abu Dhabi closed several deals totaling $25 million or ₽2 billion.
