Street Art in City Walk
These are Oleg Torbosov’s photos from a walk through City Walk, one of Dubai’s most vibrant and dynamic neighborhoods and home to Central Park, one of the city’s most sought-after residential developments. Apartments here can sell out within a day—or even within hours of launch.
In terms of atmosphere, City Walk has a lot in common with Bluewaters, although the sea is about a five-minute drive away. The same developer, Meraas, is behind both destinations, with similarly designed mid-rise residences, comparable layouts, and a similar approach to interiors. Even the retail spaces have a familiar feel, particularly their colorful façades.
City Walk is a pleasure to explore on foot, with stylish and characterful murals appearing across its walls. It feels almost like an open-air street art museum—and that distinctive creative touch is very much part of Meraas’s signature style.
