Yas Golf Collection is Aldar's latest residential project on Yas Island, and it's built around Yas Links Golf Course. The project is located right on the water with the mangroves on one side and the Arabian Gulf on the other. The selling point here is straightforward: you're living on a golf course. Not next to it, not across the street—overlooking it.
Yas Island is Abu Dhabi's entertainment hub, but it's also a fully built-out residential area with schools, clinics, and daily amenities. The Golf Collection is positioned on the western edge of the island, closer to the water and the golf course than to the highway. That puts it in a quieter part of Yas but still within minutes of everything that makes the island famous—the F1 track, the mall, the waterpark, the marina.
The units are arranged across five clusters, and depending on where you land, you're looking at fairways, the sea, or the Yas Island skyline with Ferrari World in the distance. The developer split the launch into phases, with the first release offering 519 homes. They've also structured it for different types of buyers—some units come fully furnished with colour schemes picked out, others are shell-and-core for people who want to do their own thing.
The floor plans break down by district because the collection isn't one uniform block. The Souq Furnished Apartments are exactly what they sound like—studios and one-bedrooms that come ready to move into, with three different colour palette options depending on your taste. These units have what they call Romeo and Juliet balconies, which are those shallow balconies that still let you stand outside without taking up too much floor space.
