Whitewill’s main focus is the sale of apartments and villas in new residential developments in central Dubai. We work with leading developers who create business, premium, and deluxe-class projects — including Damac Properties, Danube Properties, Meraas, Samana Developers, Omniyat, Meydan Sobha, Al Sharq Investment, Emaar Properties and Emaar Hospitality Group, MAG, Select Group, Dubai Properties Group, Deyaar, Seven Tides, Ellington Properties, and others.
New buildings
We opened our Dubai office in June 2021 and sold real estate worth 7.5 billion rubles in the first six months. In December, we received our first award from the developer Deyaar. One of the highlights was the sale of the world’s highest penthouse in the Burj Khalifa.

Comprehensive Broker Training
For those with no prior experience in Moscow real estate but a strong desire to gain it, the Whitewill Academy has been open since 2020. Top students are invited to start their career at Whitewill.
Before joining the Whitewill team, each broker goes through a three-step evaluation process. If we see that the candidate is a good fit, they are invited to attend a two-week training program at our in-house academy. There, they learn our standards for communication and ethics, architecture and interior design, customer service and quality referrals, property viewings, and how to work effectively with developers.

Giving gifts to clients
After the deal is signed, the broker presents the buyer with a Whitewill gift box. We continue to accompany the selected property until its handover, providing the buyer with clear monthly updates on the construction progress. If a client has taken out a mortgage with us, we offer refinancing options when bank rates drop. This level of care builds long-term relationships — clients return, recommend us to friends, and become clients for life.
