Whitewill's main focus is the sale of apartments and villas in new residential developments in the center of Dubai. We cooperate with key developers who build business, premium and deluxe class projects: Damac Properties, Danube Properties, Meraas, Samana Developers, Omniyat, Meydan Sobha, Al Sharq Investment, Emaar Properties and Emaar Hospitality Group, MAG, Select Group, Dubai Properties Group, Deyaar, Seven Tides, Ellington Properties and others.

We opened an office in Dubai in June 2021 and sold real estate worth 7.5 billion rubles in the first six months. In December we received our first statuette from the developer Deyaar. A bright spot was the sale of the world's tallest penthouse in the Burj Khalifa.

For those who have no experience with Moscow real estate but really want to get it, Whitewill Academy is open from 2020. The best students will receive an offer of cooperation with Whitewill.
Before becoming a member of the Whitewill team, a broker goes through a three-step evaluation system. When we see that a person is a good fit for us, they are given the opportunity to attend a two-week training program at our in-house academy, where they learn the company's standards for communication and ethics, architecture and interior design, customer service and quality referrals, showings, and how to interact with developers.

After signing the deal, the broker gives the buyer a Whitewill-box with gifts from the company. The company accompanies the selected object up to its transfer to the buyer, sending the buyer accurate monthly reports on the progress of construction of his house. We offer refinancing to those who took a mortgage with us, when bank rates decrease. In this way clients feel cared for, come back again, recommend us to friends and become clients «for life».

Whitewill is not a classic real estate agency, but a digital company, because our marketing department employees do not sell real estate, but work on the creation of online portals, make videos, illustrations, fill the sites with articles and photos. Our office is located in The Greens complex next to The Palm Jumeirah. We are ready to provide brokers to organize meetings with clients in cozy meeting rooms with fireplaces and dizzying views of Dubai. You won't want to leave our office. This is due not only to the cozy chiloute, but also to the fact that there is a lot of work. A good office makes it easier for us to attract strong brokers and get rave reviews from clients and partners.

Honest commission
We pay an honest 30% of the transaction. We do not deduct and do not cheat when charging. We transfer your amount immediately on the day of receipt of money to the company's account.
