The skill of waiting for a pause
Oleg said he wouldn't buy anything over 6 million. A month went by, another month went by. The price went down to 7 million, then to 6.8 million, until it dropped to 6 million dirhams. Resale eight months later
Terrace was hidden from view with abundant greenery. They added coziness, new furniture and decor. After the upgrade, Oleg put the apartment on the market for Dh8.8 million. It was clear that the apartment would not sell immediately, and a special client would come for it. And so it was, in the fall the offer came in - 8.3 million dirhams.
From a client who was already living in the building and was looking for an apartment for his guests and relatives to sleep nearby. The client was looking for a lot in the same house.
