Big deals

780,000,000 rubles - this is the amount for which we helped a client purchase an apartment in the luxury Royal Atlantis building on Palma. There is also one major deal on the Moscow market. The developer Hutton converted apartments into apartments in its space project Lunar, and immediately investors came up, who bought 750,000,000 rubles worth of real estate in bulk through us. And these are the best view lots.

What else sold in September

In just two days we sold real estate for a total of more than 2 billion rubles. About a dozen deals were made in Dubai, but Moscow also showed excellent results. This month deals went particularly well in the projects: Prime Park, Mod, Republic, SOUL, Luzhniki Collection, West Garden, Slava and others. The fall is just beginning - all the most interesting things are ahead.
