Salary taxes in Dubai.
There are no payroll taxes in Dubai. This means that if you want to pay an employee a salary of, for example, 10,000 dirhams or 200,000 rubles, you just take and pay.
The employee receives exactly what you have assigned to him without deductions and withholdings on his card. The company doesn't need to send 36% to the state and withhold 13% income tax from the employee.
That's cool, of course, since you can pay white salaries to the entire team without question.
Opening the agency in Dubai, Oleg Torbosov took the position of General manager, or simply general director in our way.
Since this is the main position in the firm, the contract must specify what salary the company will pay and have that amount approved by the Department of Labor. The state is not too worried about the other employees, but it does ask about the CEO.
We wrote 125,000 dirhams in the contract, which is about 2.5 million rubles a month. The Dubai Ministry of Labor reviewed the resume, looked at the experience and recommended a salary of AED 35,000 - no more. Meaning, enough.
The limit could be revisited soon. Although there is no income tax or dividend tax here either, so there is no difficulty for the owner to get income.
