Capturing a new market: first deal in Abu Dhabi

Okay, not the first, let's make a disclaimer. Our brokers have sold residential real estate in the capital of the Emirates before. But those were 100% new buildings, and almost all buyers were investors from CIS countries. We could not offer any secondary properties. But this is in the past - we have just signed a deal to sell an apartment in Abu Dhabi in a new office in the capital.

We rented a stylish office on Reem Island and immediately launched a broker search for the capital team. Everything is new here: we opened a separate company in Abu Dhabi, also bank accounts. And we also found a powerful manager, Svetlana Politova, with 13 years of experience of living and working in the capital, who will head the local office. And just the other day the new team managed to close the first deal.

Congratulations to our pioneering broker Ksenia Povarenkina who helped a client purchase a luxury villa. An investor from Italy purchased with us a beautiful secondary market home located on Al Jubail Island. The purchase cost the client $1,565,000.

Among Russian-speaking brokers or even large agencies, you are unlikely to find competitors who can offer the capital's real estate in its entirety: new buildings, rentals, secondary and so on.
