Waves Grande. The golden mean between park and lagoon

Developer Sobha is working on a big new neighborhood in Dubai - Sobha Hartland.

As a worthy master developer, Sobha first designed two schools next to each other - Hartland School and North London Collegiate School. The institutions became a destination for families with children.

Near the schools, a cozy lush park was laid out. On one side it was decorated with villas, and on the other - residential buildings of 10-30 floors.

A large lagoon is being designed next to the house. This year it will be filled with water and there will be its own promenade near the house, where you can walk and sunbathe.

Our conclusion: a golden mean without luxurious frills, and with everything you need inside and nearby. The house is located between a park and a lagoon, just a short walk from two great schools.
