The living room's finished, just a few little things to do, and we're ready to move in.

What's changed:

- The white island has been replaced with a more compact black stone island.

- Miele appliances were installed.

- The floor has been redone: now there's a warm wood grain underfoot.

- The supporting white concrete column was widened and rounded off with oak veneer.
