Urban Tech District in Dubai.

This week, Dubai authorities announced the construction of a new technology cluster to be called Urban Tech District. It will be located on Creek Harbor near the Dubai Design District.

140,000 meters of offices will be built here, which will provide 4,000 new jobs, and infrastructure will be created for companies and startups in the Urban Tech sector - energy, water, waste, building materials, food. A new Urban Institute university will also open here.

The interior of the office spaces is conceived in a biophilic style - there will be lots of greenery and plants inside the buildings. The construction is planned to be completed by 2030. I'm sure it will turn out like in the pictures.
