The Town Square master community by developer Nshama is not just a new neighborhood but a mini-city covering 280 hectares. Once completed, the area will feature 3,000 townhouses and several dozen residential buildings for 30,000 people. Town Square is a popular choice for families with children seeking apartments. In the center of the neighborhood, there is a landscaped park spanning 45 hectares with fountains, playgrounds, and a main stage. Here, kids love playing in the water area or riding on the carousel. Surrounding the park, families can enjoy dining in cafes and restaurants.
