Strange square

And everything seems to be good in this house: and the lobby is spacious, and the gym, and the pool surrounded by greenery, and the views from all apartments are beautiful, and the beach with access to the sea is wide...

And here is the strange width of this beach and is particularly disturbing. Especially noticeable this unusual flat square from the upper floors of the house.

Well there's no such thing as idle land in Dubai, so my brokers and I have a strong hunch that sooner or later there's bound to be another building on this plot.
