Coca Cola Arena is kicking off the sales kickoff for the Central Park project. A total of 320 apartments are coming to market, and half a stadium of brokers, each with multiple clients, have gathered for this sweet pie. From Whitewill alone, 25 of our brokers are hunting for apartments in the stadium for 85 buyers. Clearly, there aren't enough lots for everyone. 

When a broker gets a number, he goes to the green arena and gets in line with other lucky buyers. You pick an apartment, get approval from the client, and have to pay the AED 37,000 reservation fee right away.

Since some of our clients don't have foreign cards, and payments on Russian cards don't go through, the stockpiling broker pays immediately in cash, or from his card for the client. This is how the broker's stock of money for seven bookings looks like in his bag.
