Above is our Greens neighborhood with golf course, ponds, and green lanes between low-rise houses. Cozy. Below is desert-dusty Business Bay, where they just stuck skyscrapers in the sand and connected by roads. Uncomfortable. And logistically, our neighborhood is downtown and closer to the neighborhoods where employees usually live.
