Less than a week

It took less than a week from the client's first call to receiving the keys. On October 4, the first call took place, and on the 10th the client began to prepare for the move. Anna acted according to the proven scheme: inquiry - selection of apartments - visit to the objects - signing the contract. Quickly, clearly and with love. Anna managed to make the client feel as comfortable as possible at all stages of the transaction.

A one show deal

The client was planning to take a 1-bedroom apartment of 55 to 75 m² on a long-term lease. The total budget for the annual rental was up to $21,000. Already on October 6, Anna and the client went to the showings of apartments in Al Furjan area. The first two options were not suitable because of the floor, interior, views from the window and other reasons. But the third apartment in Azizi Plaza complex became a new home for our client.
