Port de la Mer

In front of you are some location shots of the Port de la Mer project in Dubai. This is not just residential buildings, but a whole bulk island with cozy neighborhoods, townhouses, villas, marina for yachts, promenade with restaurants and its own beach.

The project itself is close to Rashid Port, the old city of Bur Dubai and bustling Deira. This location has yet to open, and therefore not all clients want to live here, but low-rise projects on the sea front with its own beach in Dubai can be counted on the fingers, and La Mer will definitely be the most affordable among them.

One-bedroom apartments are now going for $550-650k, two-bedrooms $900k-1m, and spacious three-bedroom lots with sea views $1.9-2.2m.

The developer of the island was Meraas. Houses are stylized under the coastal European village, and such stylizations are very well managed team Miraas. But for the island to be filled with life, according to my estimation, it will take a few more years, now here is not yet opened retail, finishing in restaurants and stores, and the developer is finishing the last details on the facades.
