Pool on the terrace in the greenery overlooking the Persian Gulf

Here is a photo of the renovated terrace of the penthouse bought by Oleg Torbosov as part of a flipping project. It took only 2 weeks to rearrange it and now this relaxation space is unrecognizable. There is privacy and additional coziness.

What was replaced

The pool had not been used for a long time, so it was necessary to replace some of the equipment and clean everything well. The lounging area was replaced with blue terrace carpets and umbrellas. The odd-looking chairs were replaced with a large cocoon bed. And the final touch - a black collector's duck. 

Green wall

Before that, the terrace was viewed through, with JBR high-rises and the roof of the neighboring house with metal structures visible in the distance. There was a clear lack of privacy. So we stretched 600 meters of cable and decorated it with ampel plants. And it became much more pleasant.
