Layout.
This is what the layout of the apartment on Bluewaters looks like - 120 meters with one bedroom and a corner balcony.
Living room with finished kitchen and all appliances. Island with breakfast bar area. Large dining area where you can put a table for 6-8 people for large home parties and receptions.
In the main hall with corner glazing, a giant seating area with lots of poufs and a large TV stands up. There's still room for a desk by the window. There's a guest bathroom at the entrance.
The spacious master bedroom with built in closet will accommodate any size bed even with a banquette and chair. The bathroom has dual sinks, with both a shower and tub at the same time.
Under the windows is a quiet, private courtyard - you can sleep with the window open in the winter, and wake up to the chirping of birds every day. But also a regal view of the wheel and JBR. The 3rd floor is comfortable because if you take it higher, you can already see the stuffing on the roofs of low-rise retail, and yet there's plenty of liveable greenery in the windows.
The apartment would be suitable for either a wealthy mono dude, an urban geek, a funder/cofounder, or a couple with one small child or no kids at all.
