Fiery deals in London + new record

At the end of 2024, our London brokers closed 2 large deals at once. Both clients are from Saudi Arabia.

What they sold:

- 290,500,000 ₽ - for a 3-bedroom lot in Damac Nine Elms Tower.

- 864,000,000 ₽ - for a 4-bedroom lot at 81 Holland Park.

Generally for 2024 in England, we were more likely to sell properties to Turks, Egyptians and people from Arab countries. Plus we have a few inquiries from Qatar and the UAE in the works.

But the most interesting thing is that on December 31, we closed a record deal for the company. And because of that, we were able to beat 2023 sales and grow a little bit.
