Nikki Beach - branded residences on an island with a beach club
Pearl Jumeirah's private island consists mostly of $10-20 million luxury villas, but if you walk inland, you'll come out to the branded Nikki Beach complex by developer Meraas. One of the most pleasant places for a beach vacation in Dubai.
Where it all began
Pearl Jumeirah Island began to be reclaimed in 2007. Then came the villas. And the Nikki Beach project - which combines a hotel, beach club and residential residences - was completed in 2016. When Bvlgari, Bluewaters and La Mer - were still under construction.
Enjoy the relaxation
All residents get access to the 450-meter beach, where it's nice to laze around overlooking the sea with no unnecessary buildings in the background. You can always go for a swim in the pool, relax in the spa or dine in the restaurant. There is also a tennis club and sports fields.
Take a break from the hustle and bustle
The island is as compact as possible, there are no crowds of tourists, no construction sites. There are no stores and cafes. Total peace and quiet. The Burj Khalifa is 15 minutes away by car, as is the DXB airport.
If you want, you can always get to the neighboring J1 district with a great selection of signature restaurants, beach clubs and entertainment.
We'll find an apartment for you
Only a few lots have sold on the island in 2024. A couple 2-bedroom condos for $2 million and a couple 4-bedroom units for $4 million.
You can find good options on the secondary market at an adequate price. With new renovations, good furniture and appliances. If you buy before the end of May, we will get you a good discount.
