New office in Muscat – the challenges we faced during the renovation

Last year, we launched a new office in Muscat. We recruited a team of experienced and capable brokers with dozens of deals under their belts. At the same time, we were preparing the office for operation. We started the renovation, but it did not go as planned.

If you have ever been to a Whitewill office, you have probably appreciated our cozy meeting rooms and signature details. One of them is the elegant moldings on the walls. However, the builders had issues with them.

They simply cut the moldings from plywood and screwed them to the walls. We had to remove everything, leaving unnecessary holes. Plus, instead of veneer, they used particle board. A whole month of renovation was wasted.

Beauty above all

Whitewill stands for perfection and aesthetics in everything. So we are starting over. We found a new renovation crew and discussed all the details. They promised not to make mistakes. In a month, we will show the beauty we have envisioned here.

We recommend taking a closer look at the new mega-market for investors. There is no income tax here, and residency permits are granted for the purchase of real estate for any amount. And prices are cheaper than in Dubai.
