A record-breaking skyscraper in Dubai: and it's not the Burj Khalifa
You see before you spectacular photos taken by Oleg Torbosov just the other day. This is what the One Za'abeel high-rise near DIFC looks like, which set a record - it is the house with the longest cantilever in the world: 226 meters of horizontal volume.
On its roof, you can swim in a pool overlooking the Dubai panorama, or dine at an Asian restaurant. Inside it is a food court and a glass-floored bar.
Not only can you buy a view apartment in this complex, but you can also rent a hotel room at One&Only. All residents utilize hotel services, enjoy panoramic views of Downtown and relax in the pools. There is also a fitness room, kids' room and a playhouse for teens.
