Mr. C Residences - a luxury home on the shores of the Dubai Canal

Hiding in the project's name is the name of the mastermind behind the project - Mr. Cipriani, a renowned restaurateur with a network of premium establishments around the world. His restaurants can be found in London, New York, Dubai and Hong Kong, where guests enjoy Italian cuisine and the signature cocktail "Bellini", invented by Cipriani.

Descendants have picked up on the cause

Mr. C is a hotel brand with a signature gastronomic flavor created by fourth generation Ignazio and Magio Cipriani. Recognizable restaurant interiors accented with light lacquered wood have spilled over into the local lobby.

Relax in the verdant garden

Between the buildings there is a green park with a swimming pool, a small fitness club, a private movie theater and a cafeteria. People are kept to a minimum, but there's plenty of greenery. Ideal for a secluded vacation. Compact children's playgrounds have been arranged for the youngest ones. And Bellini restaurant with views of the Dubai Canal is open on the 1st floor.

There are only 27 apartments in the project and all are large family residences. The 3-bedroom lot is 260m² and the 4-bedroom lot is 350m². It is also possible to buy a 5-bedroom penthouse with an area of 900 m².
