Marsa Al Arab – Exclusive Seafront Residence in the Jumeirah District
The Marsa Al Arab project is renowned as one of the most luxurious residences in Dubai. Located in the prestigious Jumeirah district, it is just a stone’s throw from the iconic Burj Al Arab hotel, designed in the shape of a sail. The architectural design of the project was created by Killa Design, the same architectural firm behind the Museum of the Future.
Between the Sea and the Forest
The project comprises two buildings: a 16-story hotel and a 10-story clubhouse. The exterior of the structures is inspired by bionic architecture, with soft, flowing curves and sleek, streamlined edges. The architects drew inspiration from superyachts, resulting in two liner-style buildings surrounded by lush greenery – a sight rarely seen in the urban landscape of Dubai.
Elite Residences
The project includes 82 residences, each with expansive terraces ranging from 190 to 400 m². Three-bedroom units range from 250 to 500 m², while four-bedroom apartments range from 450 to 1000 m². The top three floors of the hotel occupy an impressive 2500 m².
At the launch of sales in 2021, a 250 m² three-bedroom apartment was available for around $5 million, or $20,000 per m². Today, similar apartments are being resold for $15 million, or $60,000 per m².
The most expensive penthouse was sold for a staggering $115 million.
Exclusive Club Amenities
Residents enjoy premium amenities, including two pools surrounded by palm trees, a state-of-the-art gym, and a designer lobby with a bar and restaurant. The development also features a private marina for yachts. As an added benefit, all residents will soon have access to the hotel’s luxury services.
