Marina Gate is the main skyscraper in Dubai Marina.

On the plane yesterday sorting through photos taken in Dubai last month and came across my photo shoot for the Marina Gate tower by developer Select Group.

The project is considered one of the most expensive in the Dubai Marina location in terms of cost per meter, yet one of the most desirable to live in. The highlight is the corner pool with atmospheric views of the Palm, skyscrapers and yachts swimming in the emerald water.

One of the towers is a hotel tower, the second with finishes and services from Jumeirah and the third is classic apartments. The project was built by Select Group. Whitewill team by the results of 2022 was included in TOP-3 of the best brokers on sales to this developer, which is nice.
