The Whitewill team took a mini vacation to Muscat in January on the company's dime - and celebrated record sales in November 2024 with this trip. The hotel chosen was the fresh Mandarin Oriental project on the shores of the Gulf of Oman, which was a richly appointed and welcoming experience.

The 150-room hotel was completed last year - everything is still new. Club stuffing includes a fitness club, spa studio, a couple of restaurants, a specialty pastry shop and a swimming pool with a bar. Laws are being adjusted to suit expatsInitially Mandarin Muscat did not have a license to sell to foreigners, so only locals bought apartments here. But later the project was included in the freehold zone - and now foreigners can buy a view residence here on equal terms with locals.
