Mandarin Oriental in Muscat - branded beachfront residences

The Whitewill team took a mini vacation to Muscat in January on the company's dime - and celebrated record sales in November 2024 with this trip. The hotel chosen was the fresh Mandarin Oriental project on the shores of the Gulf of Oman, which was a richly appointed and welcoming experience.

The 150-room hotel was completed last year - everything is still new. Club stuffing includes a fitness club, spa studio, a couple of restaurants, a specialty pastry shop and a swimming pool with a bar. Located “Mandarin” on the beach Kurum, which stretches for several kilometers. Vacation here is a pleasure.

Right by the hotel are 2 low-rise houses with residential residences - a total of 156 of them:

- 1-bedroom units starting at $470,000, 80 m².

The price tag is 50% lower than ready-made apartments by the sea in Dubai. At the same time you can buy a lot in installments for 3 years with a down payment of 25%. Most of the apartments overlook the Gulf of Oman, another - on the mountains. 

All amenities at your fingertips

Each apartment is equipped with a telephone - you can always call the reception and order cleaning, or breakfast by the exact hour. Residents swim in a separate private pool, relax in the lounge area with a kicker and have movie nights with a big screen. 

Initially Mandarin Muscat did not have a license to sell to foreigners, so only locals bought apartments here. But later the project was included in the freehold zone - and now foreigners can buy a view residence here on equal terms with locals.
