It's gradually getting warmer. Summarizing sales results for March 2025

March turned out to be normal, although we sold more in 2024. In March, we closed 159 deals worth 12.3 billion ₽. Another 56 deals worth ₽23 million came from the leasing department. 

Total for offices:

- 62% - Moscow.

- 34% - Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Oman.

- 4% - London and Miami.

March's biggest deals:

- 1.1 billion ₽ - a townhouse in Knightsbridge Private Park.

- 560 million ₽ - two lots at Bluewaters in Dubai.

- 315 million ₽ - a lot at The Source near the Louvre Abu Dhabi.

- 142 million ₽ - a lot at Woodberry Down in London.

- 210 million ₽ - for an office in Moscow.

We are particularly pleased that our new office real estate department - opened in 2025 - has already started bringing in deals. 

12.3 billion ₽ is a significant amount for our Moscow colleagues, most companies will not do that much in a year. But the numbers are not outstanding within Whitewill. Just an ordinary good month. Let's keep working.
