So, what we have here from the infrastructure:

- a giant private park with dense trees,

- five grilling and barbecue areas with charcoal grills and clean grills,

- two areas for basketball,

- four swimming pools, one large and three smaller,

- a two-level gym overlooking the sea;

- a landscaped promenade along the sea for jogging and walking.

It costs 400₽ per square meter of your apartment to maintain it all. It's hard not to take advantage of all the chips: the lounge, the pools, the grill area, the park, and the waterfront. 

The property lacks a workout area with street bars and a playground for the little ones, although there is one across the street, but it's there for older kids.
