Hot winter. Sales results for January

Usually, January does not bring a large number of deals. But in 2025, we sold 40% more than in other Januarys. We started the year excellently and are rushing towards new victories.

In total, we sold 110 properties for 8.9 billion ₽:

• 60% – Moscow.

• 40% – other offices.

We also closed 30 rental deals for 16 million ₽.

Our wealthy clients in Moscow definitely know something, which is why they are actively buying up capital real estate, cashing out deposits and exchanging rubles for square meters.
