Hot April. Sales results for the month

According to our statistics, the most profitable months are December and April. Last year in April, we sold for 20 billion ₽, which became a benchmark for 2025.

Oleg Torbosov set a plan of 17 billion ₽ to activate the corporate trip. While we fell slightly short of 20, we did meet the plan.

As a result, in April we closed 141 deals for 17.3 billion ₽:

• 69% – Moscow.

• 27% – Middle East.

• 4% – London and Miami.

The rental department closed another 51 deals for 29 million ₽.

• 4.5 billion ₽ – mansion near the Kremlin.

• 360 million ₽ – lot in Luzhniki Collection in Moscow.

• 420 million ₽ – lot in Oasis Palace in Dubai.

• 370 million ₽ – lot in Mandarin Oriental in Abu Dhabi.

• 280 million ₽ – lot in The Chimes in London.
