Business trip to Shanghai. Whitewill's Eastward Expansion

Our brokers recently took a business trip to Shanghai with representatives from real estate developer Mered. The trip was part of Whitewill's expanded partnership with China. And to do this, we brought in experts with conversational Chinese.

About 100 customers

As a result of the meeting, we were approached by about 100 new clients with a desire to buy real estate in Dubai. Already in December we plan to close deals with some of them.

Who are Mered

It is a subsidiary of developer Pioneer, which entered the Dubai market with the Iconic Tower project in the Dubai Internet City neighborhood. A second building is planned to be built in Abu Dhabi.

In 2024, we sold for 5 billion ₽ in all Pioneer projects. We'll probably take the #1 spot in sales for the year again. For the fourth time in a row.
