Once upon a time - flipping on the example of Oleg Torbosov's townhouse
Been/still - flipping on the example of Oleg Torbosov's townhouse
We continue the story of Oleg Torbosov's investment practices with a focus on flipping. First he transformed one-bedroom apartments, then he took some bigger ones, and now he decided to upgrade a townhouse in his trademark eco-chic style. Here (https://t.me/whitewilldubai/2966) we wrote about how the study and terrace have changed, and now we'll talk about the bedroom and the backyard.
The beauty of the outdoors
The first difference is the metallic colored walls with moldings that grounded the exterior a bit and slowed it down. At the entrance, they created a green fence with palm trees and a cozy rattan chair. On the right instead of inarticulate wallpaper appeared 7-meter mirror, greenery at the fountain raised right up to the ceiling, which due to the reflection noticeably increases the space.
Look how the dining area was transformed - the usual two pairs of chairs with a table were replaced by comfortable and beautiful furniture with yellow accent in the form of cushions, over which 5 rattan lamps serenely levitate. The result is a comfortable outdoor shaded dining area with an outdoor grill.
A bedroom for great dreams
Before the transformation, the townhouse bedroom resembled typical Dubai bedrooms: white walls, a pink bed, the same curtains, a miniature rug, nightstands with metallic sheen, some random posters. Very much like the entourage of a 4-star living room in some major Russian city. But it didn't fit in at all with the overall aesthetic of the interior.
Look what turned out as a result: one wall was covered with panels of natural white oak veneer, the others were covered with moldings, on the floor a huge carpet for the whole room, on the sides of the bed stood laconic nightstands. But the main attraction is the matte Mendeleev table above the headboard. What do you dream about at night?
