Bulgari Residences - Italian chic on Jumeirah Bay Island
The luxury project from the renowned Italian brand is located on the private island of Jumeriah Bay. A collection of mid-rise clubhouses stands in a semicircle around the perimeter of a picturesque bay with a yacht club and a marina. A total of 173 apartments and 15 villas by architect Antonio Citterio.
Total privacy
At the center of the project is a luxury hotel with airy design grids resembling coral. A small beach with a beach club, outdoor pools, and promenades with views of the Persian Gulf are set up next to the hotel.
Luxury Residences
Apartments in the project by Meraas are sold with premium finishes: wooden floors, dark designer kitchens. The layouts include cozy terraces with dining area, master bedrooms with walk-in closets and bathrooms.
Right now, condo prices start at $3 million for 1-bedroom lots, $7.5 million for 2-bedrooms, and $9 million for 3-bedrooms. A few years ago, when selling a large residence was set a record for Dubai on the price of a meter - $ 38,000. But now the palm of superiority holds the project Marsa Al Arab.
Another suite
The developer is now refilling the land to erect the swanky Bulgari Lighthouse next door. Some residences that used to face the sea are now facing the construction site, so are being sold at a good discount.
Incidentally, one of the overhanging villas of the Bulgari project was previously bought by Cristiano Ronaldo. Now it is for sale for $50 million.
