We aggregated the performance of all offices and summarized our sales results for 2024. For the year, we closed 2,530 deals worth 165 billion ₽. And that's 3% more than in 2023.

Though the growth is small, it's especially valuable in the economic volatility of recent years.

There's a little less revenue

Average commissions decreased by 9% year-over-year. This was due to especially large deals with low commission percentage and growth of secondary sales. With an increase in transaction volume by 3% - in the dry balance we have revenue slightly less than in 2023.

- One broker closed 54 deals in one year - the best result in the company.
