God loves a trinity: 3 deals in London in a week

You all know that London's real estate market is hyper-conservative, indeed, like much of the British Isles. The average transaction cycle here is much longer than in Moscow or Dubai. Buy an apartment in 1 day - here is almost impossible. At least financial control in banks can stretch for several months.

But last week 3 of our brokers closed 3 deals almost simultaneously. Coincidence? No, it's just that we're slowly rocking the London area, finding the right keys to local buyers.
