This is what the Emaar - Beachfront project looks like. It is a new man-made island between Dubai Marina and Palma, built in resort style with its own large beaches, swimming pools and sea view apartments.

There are a dozen apartment buildings on the island, and when a new tower is launched, it is bought up in just a month by clients from all over the world. 

We are now accepting reservations for the new top Address project in the neighborhood. For now, the sale is being done in floors for serious investors.

Floor price is ~$11m, you have to pay $1.1m to book. We can help with transfers and payments in different currencies.

We have already sold 6 floors this way. The lots that won't sell floors for investors will go on retail sale for the rest of the buyers a little later.
