A serene May. Summarize the results of the month

May sales have always sagged due to the long holidays. Plus this year several big deals were pushed back to the summer. So the numbers are not the most outstanding for Whitewill.

In May, we closed 120 deals worth ₽9.6 billion:

- 70% - Moscow.

- 30% - foreign offices.

Biggest deals

- 1.1 billion ₽ - penthouse at Sky View in Moscow.

- $1.8 million - a lot at DIFC Heights in Dubai.

- $2.2 million - a lot at The Source 2 in Abu Dhabi.

- $2.2 million - a lot at Marylebone in London.

It was a fruitful month in the rental department, though. Brokers closed 58 deals with the sum of contracts at monthly rates - 44 million ₽. And this is a new record for the department.
