Beachfront through the eyes of Torbosov
Take a look at photos of Emaar Beachfront taken by Whitewill founder Oleg Torbosov during a walk around the peninsula. It's a man-made, resort-style location that will feature swimming pools, miles of beaches, waterfront restaurants and residential towers with sea-view apartments.
Frenzied demand
There are a dozen residential units on the peninsula, and when a new tower launches, it is bought up literally in a day by customers from all over the world. We are now accepting reservations for Seapoint, a new top-of-the-line project with outdoor pools and green terraces. You can read more about it at this link.
Wholesale deals
As we wrote earlier, a substantial portion of Emaar's runoff is sold in closeout through top agencies, which are the developer's top selling agencies. And more often than not, these shadow lots are sold in floors among serious investors. The cost of a floor is about $11 million, and for a reservation it is necessary to pay $1.1 million. Everything that is not taken apart, is sent back to the sale, but already in retail.
