Why Did We Open an Office in Oman?
In 2024, we launched property sales in Oman’s key cities — Muscat and Salalah. In just 9 months, our brokers closed 97 deals worth $30 million, generating $1 million in commission revenue. For a new market, that's a solid result.
Who’s Buying Property in Oman?
Our buyers often include British, German, and French nationals. Omani real estate is also popular among Saudis and Qataris who appreciate the local nature — tropical savannahs, green mountains, and waterfalls. Another growing segment: buyers from CIS countries, usually purchasing seaside apartments as a "summer retreat".
A Friendly Nation
Russia and Oman have recently signed agreements that ease cross-border travel. The two countries are also strengthening economic ties. Oman offers safety on par with Dubai, cleaner seas, and a milder summer climate — around +32°C in July.
Lower Prices
Beachfront property in new developments with private access to the sea is up to three times cheaper than comparable options in Dubai.
Strong Partnerships
We’ve signed an exclusive agreement to sell a major development by a Russian developer in a protected area of Muscat — surrounded by mountains, the sea, and untouched nature. A mini-city is planned, complete with full infrastructure.
We’re also advising another Russian luxury developer who recently acquired land nearby. Our team is helping them enter the Omani market.
